IMPACT

- The greatest contribution to society of the mobile technology is in improved productivity. People act more efficiently when that are connected, especially when they are connected whenever, wherever, and to whomever they wish. Beyond that, the mobile technology is an invaluable tool that entertain, educate, improve safety, and add convenience to our lives.

USABILITY

- Efficiency: Resources expended in relation to the accuracy and completeness with which users achieve goals;

- Satisfaction: Freedom from discomfort, and positive attitudes towards the use of the technology;

- Leanability: The system should be easy to learn so that the user can rapidly start getting work done with the system;

- Memorability: The system should be easy to remember so that the casual user is able to return to the system after some period of not having used it without having to learn everything all over again;

- Errors: The system should have a low error rate, so that users make few errors during the use of the system and that if they do make errors they can recover them easily.
